Licence Status Definitions:
- Approved:
- Licence is current and in good standing.
- Pending:
- Licence has not yet been approved.
- Closed:
- Licence was not renewed and has been closed.
- Suspended:
- Licence is not currently in good standing. Builder may not carry on the business of a residential builder.
- Conditional:
- Licence is in good standing, subject to conditions or restrictions. Contact HPO for details.
- Cancelled:
- Licence has been revoked by the HPO. Builder may not carry on the business of a residential builder.
- Expired:
- Licence period has expired and the builder has not yet renewed.
