Reminder – The HPO Has Moved
HPO Licensing and Compliance has moved to Burnaby as of January 31, 2011. The new office location is on the 6th floor of 4789 Kingsway in Burnaby (near the pedestrian overpass on the north side of Kingsway opposite Sears at Metrotown and just a couple of blocks from Metrotown SkyTrain Station).

The HPO phone numbers and online services will remain the same. Licensed builders are encouraged to use the online Licensed Residential Builder Portal to register new projects and pay applicable HPO fees. This online service is the fastest and most efficient way to obtain the necessary paperwork prior to obtaining a building permit.
Both HPO Communications and HPO Technical Research and Education continue to be based at the Home Office of BC Housing at 1701 – 4555 Kingsway in Burnaby.
