Compliance and Enforcement Update
The HPO uses a mix of education and awareness, voluntary compliance and enforcement to administer the Homeowner Protection Act (Act). If voluntary compliance is not possible or appropriate, the HPO may issue compliance orders or monetary penalties of up to $25,000 – either of which can be enforced by court order. Read more ...
