Definitions:

Approved:

Licence is current and in good standing.

Pending:

Licence has not yet been approved.

Closed:

Licence was not renewed and has been closed.

Suspended:

Licence is not currently in good standing. Builder may not carry on the business of a residential builder.

Conditional:

Licence is in good standing, subject to conditions or restrictions. Contact HPO for details.

Cancelled:

Licence has been revoked by the HPO. Builder may not carry on the business of a residential builder.

Expired:

Licence period has expired and the builder has not yet renewed.
